The firm has more than 28 years of experience in the area of accounting services to public companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In addition, it consults for many international companies trading on global stock exchanges.
The firm has amassed extensive experience in preparing prospectuses for the raising of capital in Israel in the fields of gas and oil exploration, industry and real estate.
